This film tells the story of two desperately single people who miraculously cross paths, and a couple entrenched in the rat race of pleasure and pain with explosive conclusions that rock their world. Our story follows a reserved churchgoing woman named Betty who finds romance amid a tragic health scare, and her bubbly friend, Jennifer, who is struggling to salvage her marriage. As Betty grapples with her trust in God through her treatment, she grows attached to a part-time partier named Regal, a man of God who is learning to practice what he preaches. Meanwhile, Jennifer is grasping for love and forgiveness between her and her husband as she tries to help her friend. But is love enough to touch their tender hearts?

A little about us:
This film is helmed by two female filmmakers, Nia Bullock and Naima Kramer, who love what they do and love being a part of others doing what they love! This movie will employ actors, actresses, and crew members who are restarting their careers after major shutdowns. It will also be supporting small businesses and local communities in the Philadelphia area. Our film is clean entertainment but touches on some dark realties as well as hopeful possibilities.
